Ardenmark seasonal displays begin at $1,500 and include Ardenmark-provided commercial-grade lighting, professional installation, season-long service, removal and off-season storage. Your final investment reflects your home and the level of presentation you choose.

We’ll start with a phone conversation about your home, the look you have in mind, and your timing. If the project appears to be a good fit, we’ll review your property in more detail and develop a preliminary visual concept. We’ll arrange a site visit when helpful. You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the design, included services, and investment before deciding whether to reserve an installation date.
No. Ardenmark provides and retains ownership of the commercial-grade lighting and decor used for your display. Your seasonal investment covers the complete service: professional installation, in-season care, removal and off-season storage. This allows us to maintain the system, keep it organized for your home and manage the experience from season to season.
A 50% booking payment reserves your installation date and allows us to prepare the lighting and materials for your project. The remaining balance is due after installation. Your proposal will show the complete investment and payment schedule before you decide to book.
Before each holiday season, we’ll reconnect with you to review your display and any changes you’d like to make. Because Ardenmark stores the lighting and decor from your display, we can begin with the previous season’s design rather than starting over. Each season is renewed separately, and we’ll confirm the design, services and investment before scheduling your return installation.
Our installation calendar is intentionally limited so we can provide careful setup and dependable in-season service. We recommend starting the conversation as early as possible, particularly if you have a preferred installation window. Once our available installation dates are reserved, we may close the calendar to new projects for the season.
